2 months today

We fly out in 2 months' time. Suddenly everything looks very much more serious.

Though we know a lot about what will be expected, we have pictures of the flat and I've been emailing wonderful people in Abu Dhabi, the fear of the unknown, the worry of dragging the family across the world starts to kick in.

We've been tidying up and throwing out. Organising what to take and what to leave. There is endless "Stuff"; so much we have kept just in case. It's been good to be ruthless, very refreshing.

The house goes on the market on Tuesday. It took a lot longer than expected to get that sorted out. We're hoping for a quick sale.
